You can upgrade your plan from your billing dashboard. Navigate to Subscriptions > Upgrade and select your desired higher-tier plan. The upgrade will be prorated, meaning you’ll only pay the difference for the remaining billing period. Payment is required immediately to activate the upgrade.
Your billing cycle depends on your plan’s billing period (monthly or yearly). The cycle starts from your subscription activation date and renews automatically unless you’ve disabled auto-renewal. You can view your next billing date in your subscription dashboard.
If auto-billing fails, you’ll receive notifications and have a grace period to update your payment method. Failed payments are logged in your transaction history, and you can manually retry payment from your billing dashboard.
No. The 14-day free trial is completely free, and you won’t be charged unless you manually activate a paid plan after the trial period.
Once your trial expires, your account will pause premium features. You may continue using basic options or upgrade to any paid plan to continue using all features without interruption.
To downgrade, go to Subscriptions > Downgrade and choose a lower-tier plan.
The change will take effect immediately, and any credit from the price difference
will be automatically added to your account.
This credit will be used in your future billing cycles until fully consumed.
Auto-billing occurs 1 day after your current period ends. For example, if your subscription expires on January 15th, auto-billing will attempt on January 16th. This grace period ensures uninterrupted service.
InfoMessage accepts major online payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and supported payment gateways (depending on your region). If additional payment modes are added, they will be updated on the billing page.
Yes. An invoice is automatically generated after every successful payment. You can download all past invoices from your Billing → Invoices section.
No. InfoMessage has transparent pricing. All applicable charges—including WCCs and add-ons—are clearly shown on the pricing page and inside your billing dashboard.
